Vikas is currently the CEO and President of the publicly listed company TransGaming. Vikas was the founder and President of InterLogic Systems, a telephony consulting and systems integration firm dedicated to delivering innovative and creative enterprise solutions to Fortune 1000 clients in the areas of Computer Telephony Integration, Interactive Voice Response Systems, and fax processing systems.
Vikas is a frequent speaker and lecturer at the University of Toronto Rotman School of Business and Ryerson University's Business and Technology program. Vikas is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, Ontario.
Rolf K. Reininghaus
Mr. Reininghaus is currently the President of Crystaal Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Biovail. Mr. Reininghaus has also held the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate & Strategic Development of Biovail Corporation. Mr. Reininghaus has been a Senior Vice President and a Director of the Company since March 29, 1994 and has been President of the Company's subsidiary, Biovail Pharmaceuticals, from November, 1997. Prior to that time, he had been the President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of BCI since October 1991 and Executive Vice President and a Director of Trimel or its affiliates since November 1987. Prior to his employment by Trimel, Mr. Reininghaus was the Marketing Manager of the Canadian operations of Miles Pharmaceuticals, a division of Bayer AG.
Somen started his career in the supply chain management industry consulting for large Fortune 500 companies. His background in computer engineering and his interest in supply chain management lead to a natural progression to the world of RFID. Somen has been actively involved in the RFID industry since 2002 which includes founding the first open source RFID project.
Somen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and also an MBA from Queen's University where he participated in the inaugural year of the TriColour Venture Fund.
Shaun Ricci, Chief Operating Officer
Shaun began his career in system integration, focusing on the development of software systems for large Fortune 500 manufacturing organizations. Shaun has a strong technical foundation. Building on that foundation Shaun has held many different positions in the software industry from development to business analysis and has lead product initiatives from beginning to end. The ability to wear many hats combined with practical experience in supply chain, manufacturing and business process improvements all prompted Shaun to co-found N4 Systems. Shaun has been actively involved in the RFID industry since 2002 and has given RFID demonstrations and presentations at various industry shows and conferences.
Shaun holds a Bachelor of Computing degree from the University of Guelph.
Jesse Miller, Chief Technology Officer
With over 10 years of software development experience, Jesse brings strong technical expertise and leadership to N4 Systems. Jesse has worked at every level of software development from small business projects to full scale enterprise level systems. Over the years Jesse has held key positions including heading large teams through entire product development cycles to successful product deployments. Jesse's keen interest in distributed systems, wireless technology and RFID make him a perfect fit to N4 Systems.
Jesse holds a Bachelor of Computing degree from the University of Guelph.
